StudyWorld seminars: tips, techniques, data and industry insights
StudyWorld is not only the national event to build business between UK education providers and global partners, it is also a great opportunity to learn more about industry trends and opportunities in expert seminars.
This year, the StudyWorld seminar programme includes sessions on how to innovate; using influencers to build brand awareness; facilitating global university applications; a statistical overview of the UK industry; and more.
Samuel Vetrak, CEO of StudentMarketing, a global expert on study destination marketing, will review key performance statistics on the UK as a study destination, including comparisons to its global competitors. He will identify trends and patterns in data from all sectors and suggest future market outlook. What’s more, Samuel will focus on uncovering the business opportunities that lie ahead for UK stakeholders in challenging times.
Drilling into the detail of the junior industry, Matthew Knott, news editor at StudyTravel Magazine, will review the latest trends and data in the young learner segment of the ELT industry.
Matthew will draw on StudyTravel Magazine’s surveys to show where growth is strongest; where the UK is positioned within various markets; and the latest trends, both in the UK and in competitor countries, which are increasingly focusing on the junior market.
His presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with young learner experts, Anna Thatcher and Sarah Etchells.
Come and start your StudyWorld experience on Monday 4 September with a buffet lunch with colleagues followed by seminars from industry experts.
