Everyone’s needs are different. That’s why we have developed a unique range of different options to attending StudyWorld and create your perfect package.
One-day, or full event?
Attending StudyWorld isn’t all-or-nothing. Many educators attend for the full event, and with a great number of agent registrations, we can see why! For some educators, they can only spare one day for any number of reasons. We are happy to accommodate these educators on one-day meeting or networking passes.

Meeting or networking pass?
Through the industry’s leading online meeting software, Marcom e-Schedule PRO, educators and service providers can pre-arrange meetings with agents and buyers. With educators filling an average of 85% of their appointment schedules, well above the industry average, this is certainly an effective way to meet with partners both old and new.
For some people however, StudyWorld represents a place to network, to meet with other educators, buyers and service providers in coffee breaks and networking events. In 2019, this will include a 50th birthday party, so those on networking passes have lots of opportunities to do business. I always find comfort in my meeting schedule, but I know lots of people who do well with just the networking pass!

Exhibition stand, table, or mobile?
StudyWorld is an opportunity to make valuable business connections with over 300 international buyers and agents and an exhibition stand gives your brand the most visibility in the room.
A table, still the most popular option in 2019, gives you space to showcase your brand and the comfort of a permanent spot to conduct your meetings.
A more flexible option, created after popular demand, is a meeting pass. Meetings start at a designated point, before moving to a spot in one of our comfortable meeting areas to continue the conversation.
