Chinese agent delegation confirmed for StudyWorld 2018
A delegation from one of the world’s most important education markets is available to meet you at StudyWorld – join us to meet Chinese agents this September.
We expect around 30 Chinese agents to attend StudyWorld, including a delegation specially selected by in-country experts at the British Council China. This delegation will join StudyWorld before visiting educators in and around London.
Chinese students are the largest non-EU group in universities. It is the second-largest sending market for ELT courses. In both cases, student numbers are rising.
“We are delighted to have such high-quality agents join us at StudyWorld and we think educators will be too,” said Jodie Gray, English UK’s director of strategic development. “There will be a high demand for appointments and I urge educators to send requests early to avoid disappointment. However, there will be networking social events for informal conversations.”
The agents are selected by the British Council’s education services manager in China to ensure quality and variety. After StudyWorld, they will visit educators in London, Kent, Suffolk, Cambridge, Richmond and Oxford.
To get your appointment with a Chinese agent, make sure you log in to StudyWorld’s appointment scheduler, Marcom eSchedule PRO. We will send log-in details out to delegates on Monday 9 July. The system will go live shortly after and the Chinese agents will appear in the system throughout July.
