StudyWorld in-person events offer friendly, focused networking for UK educators, service providers and international agents.
Our friendly hotel-based event at Hilton Manchester Deansgate will offer two days of meetings and opportunities to continue conversations over informal networking.
StudyWorld events connect UK English language centres and other UK international course providers, with service providers and international partners from around the world. Organised by English UK, the national association of English language centres.
Attendance is free for agents, including two nights’ accommodation at the venue. We try to keep attendance affordable for educators and service providers too.
Book early to secure your place – spaces are limited to 60 educators and 120 agents.

When you attend StudyWorld, you will preschedule meetings ahead of the event, using industry-leading meeting technology, Marcom eSchedule PRO.
You have full control over who you meet and when.
Registered event delegates will be able to log in to their meeting schedules in December 2024. After completing an event profile explaining their organisation’s services and objectives, you will be able to search the event database to decide who you would like to meet.
It is easy to find the right people using the advanced search function and send out meeting requests. You can accept or decline incoming meeting requests, and send messages within the system.

Overlooking the Manchester metropolis, the Hilton Manchester Deansgate is in the heart of the city. Manchester Arena and Piccadilly Station are a mile away and the hotel is surrounded by museums, shops and restaurants. Wake up to floor-to-ceiling views and spend the evening sipping cocktails at Cloud 23- the highest bar in the city.
Hotel facilities include an onsite bar, restaurant, business centre, fitness centre and indoor pool.
The hotel is walking distance from Deansgate National Rail station and only a 30 minute drive from Manchester Airport.
English UK North Party at the National Football Museum

English UK North looks forward to hosting StudyWorld Manchester delegates on Tuesday evening at the National Football Museum.
Come along wearing your favourite team’s football shirt (or rugby shirt, basketball shirt or general sportswear – you choose!).
Grab a photo with iconic league cups and trophies in the Pitch Gallery. Test your footballing skills in the interactive Play Gallery and learn more about England’s national game in the Match Gallery.
The National Football Museum is in Manchester’s iconic Urbis Building in the heart of the Medieval Quarter. It is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute taxi from the Hilton Manchester Deansgate.

Fam trips around the UK
Agents attending StudyWorld Manchester are invited to apply to attend fam trips around the UK.
Fam trips give education agents the chance to visit a range of English language centres around the UK. They are a great opportunity to discover new study destinations, meet school staff in person and speak to current students.
There will be six fam trips after StudyWorld Manchester 2025 in January.
