StudyWorld Brighton 2026

Join us in Brighton in 2026, the student-friendly city by the sea – known for its popular beaches, graceful architecture, lively culture and quirky shops.

Held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, StudyWorld Brighton 2026 will include two days of scheduled meetings as well as lots of opportunities to continue conversations through friendly networking events.

StudyWorld events connect accredited UK English language centres and other UK international course providers, with service providers and select international partners from around the world.

Book your place at StudyWorld Brighton early to secure your place – spaces are limited to 60 providers and 120 agents.

Attendance is free for agents, including two nights’ accommodation at the venue.

Our hotel-based events include lots of informal networking opportunities, helping you make more connections and start more partnerships.

Meetings

When you attend StudyWorld, you will preschedule meetings ahead of the event, using industry-leading meeting technology, Marcom eSchedule PRO.

You have full control over who you meet and when.

Registered event delegates will be able to log in to their meeting schedules for StudyWorld Brighton in December 2025. After completing an event profile explaining their organisation’s services and objectives, you will be able to search the event database to decide who you would like to meet.

It is easy to find the right people using the advanced search function and send out meeting requests. You can accept or decline incoming meeting requests, and send messages within the system.

The venue

StudyWorld Brighton 2026 will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole on Kings Road, Brighton, BN1 2FU.

Overlooking the Brighton seafront, the DoubleTree Brighton is a historic hotel with modern interiors, built in 1890. It is a short walk from Brighton Palace Pier, the Royal Pavilion, and the boutiques and bars of The Lanes are all within a half-mile. Enjoy the on-site health club, offering an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room.

Brighton is a seaside town on England’s south coast. Arrive in under an hour from central London by train and in just 45 minutes from Gatwick Airport. The hotel is walking distance or short taxi ride from Brighton National Rail station.

Programme

As well as two days of pre-arranged meetings, there are plenty of opportunities for informal networking and socialising at StudyWorld events. Connect with fellow delegates at our Monday night welcome reception, over lunches and at our informal networking evening on Tuesday.

We also kickstart each event with expert-led seminars, where delegates can discover the latest developments and future plans in the UK international education sector

Fam trips around the UK

Agents attending StudyWorld Brighton will be invited to apply to attend fam trips around the UK.

Fam trips give education agents the chance to visit a range of English language centres around the UK. They are a great opportunity to discover new study destinations, meet school staff in person and speak to current students.
