StudyWorld China Roadshow connects UK education and service providers with quality education agents in different cities across China.
In 2024 the roadshow will visit Chengdu, Beijing and Shanghai.
Organised by English UK, the national association of English language centres. Supported by the British Council and the Department for Business & Trade.
This event combines one-to-one business meetings with networking lunches and market briefings. Meetings are scheduled online ahead of the event using Marcom eSchedule PRO, an easy-to-use meeting scheduling tool.
UK educators who are new to doing business in China can rely on support from English UK and our event delivery partner, BONARD, throughout the event.
Attendance is free for agents.

The educator/ service provider package includes:
- Eight or five nights’ hotel accommodation including breakfast

- Optional meeting with Chinese industry partners in Beijing
- Welcome dinner and farewell dinner

The majority of your meetings will be pre-scheduled ahead of the event, using industry-leading meeting technology, Marcom eSchedule PRO. There will also be additional opportunities to schedule meetings during the event.

It’s easy to find the right people and send out meeting requests. You can accept or decline incoming meeting requests, and send messages within the system.
Meeting scheduling and attendance at StudyWorld China Roadshow is more flexible than at other events. You will fully benefit from the event by making yourself available for last-minute meetings and adopting an agile attitude towards your schedule and who you will meet.
